Wave Control Panel Login Issues

  1. Start by confirming that you are using the accurate email address and password at this link: https://control.servgo.pro/auth/login

  2. If login proves unsuccessful, proceed to reset your password by visiting this link. Enter your email address and click "Send Email".

  3. An email will now be sent to that email to reset the password.

  4. Once the password has been successfully reset, you can log in to Wave using the specified email and the newly updated password.

If you're having trouble finding your services, just double-check that you're logging into the right control panel account using the email address linked to your service setup. You can contact our Support Team if you need help with recovering that login.

Client Area Login Issues

  1. Make sure you're logging into the correct client area using this link.

  2. Once you're there, try logging in. If you're still having trouble, click on "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address.

  3. An email will now be sent to that email to reset the password.

  4. After resetting, try logging in again at the client area.
